FESTIVAL TICKETING GUIDELINES

 

Ticketing Information

  • All Film Society Actor Members may place their orders beginning December 19, 2018 with their special code.
  • Ticketing by phone and online becomes available to the general public on January 3, 2019.
  • Film Partners, Chaverim, Star Arts, Cinema Circle and Director levels may order extra tickets with their code. Your Badge is your entry — you need only to purchase tickets if you are bringing additional guests.
  • Advance and early purchase of tickets increases availability for the films of your choice.
  • Member or general tickets can be purchased in the theater lobby at the festival box office if available. The physical box office is open only during the festival on days we are at that specific theater.
  • There is no entry to any screening without an actual ticket or valid film badge.
  • All film member/sponsor badges & tickets will be scanned for entry to each film.
  • Tickets can be purchased Monday – Friday during business hours at 877-318-0071 or online at PBJFF.org 24/7.

Seating Information

  • Reserved seating is available in the AMC, Cinépolis, Cobb and Cinemark Boynton Beach theatres on an individual ticket basis and your seat must be selected when purchasing your ticket(s).
  • Reserved stanchioned seating sections are available in all theaters for Film Partners, Chaverim, Star Arts, Cinema Circle and Director level members without an advance reservation.
  • In addition these seats are reserved for guests of a specific film.
  • Handicap seating is limited in every auditorium. All advanced handicap tickets can be purchased by phone only and are not available online.
  • Individual reserved seating will always have a seat & row number on the ticket and guests will need to sit in the seat they purchased.
  • If you wish to upgrade your seating choice, at the screening, you will need to pay the difference between your original purchase and your new choice. If there are vacant seats they become available 5 minutes prior to the film start in the premium and badge sections.

General Information

  • When at seating capacity for a screening, if seats become available ten (10) minutes prior to show time, then people in the wait line may purchase for cash, limit two (2) per guest. No exceptions to ticket limits.
  • A readmission ticket will be given to attendees who wish to leave the auditorium before or between films after their ticket or badge has been scanned. Please take your badge or ticket with you. You need that plus the readmission ticket for reentry. Please return the readmission ticket to the usher as you re-enter the festival theater.
  • Please be aware that all advance orders on phone, website or by mail, have a handling fee ($1.50) that applies to each order.
  • Films are mostly not rated and subject to parental discretion. Films may be cancelled or withdrawn without advance notice.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, no exchanges permitted. All sales final.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Festival staff makes every effort to accommodate everyone that wishes to attend; early ordering is suggested to avoid disappointment.
