Ariel returns to Buenos Aires,and to the frenetic Jewish neighborhood ofEl Once, to see his father after decades of being away. He is immediately put to work for his father’s charity organization. Meanwhile, his father is nowhere to be found. While trying to figure out the enigma that is his father and understand the mysterious mute woman who has popped into his life, Ariel finds himself following in his father’s footsteps, both literally and by developing an affection for the people of Once and the life he spent many years trying to escape. Berlinale Film Festival Official Selection, 2016 Tribeca Film Festival
