What would you do if you believed your greatest enemy was living in your apartment building? That’s the situation 14-year-old Ali finds himself in when his family moves to Berlin. Alexander, a Russian Jew and World War II veteran lives alone in the apartment above him. In this film, two people, from opposite sides of a conflict discover that not only do they have something to learn from each other, but also that friendship is found in the most unlikely of places.
