This award-winning Israeli TV drama takes a slice of
contemporary Tel Aviv life and spins out a marvelous
drama focusing on two families living in the
orthodox neighborhood of Bnai Barak. A strictly
religious Orthodox family whose daughter Rochele is
about to enter into an arranged marriage. But sparks
fly when a secular Russian family move next door.
Very quickly, a forbidden romance develops. The
series is a realistic reflection of the social
challenges facing Israeli society today.
