Florida Premiere; Ofra Tevet & Ronit Kertsner, directors; Israel, 2009;
German/Hebrew w/ English subtitles; 90 min

After the Holocaust, brothers Menachem, an Orthodox Israeli, and Fred, a secular aerospace engineer living in the U.S, had little communication. Then the two brothers were invited to be honored by their German hometown. The two families meet for a reunion, which also brings them face-to-face with the sons of the Germans who had deported their parents. The film raises questions about survival, identity, life choices, and their influence on the future generations.

Guest: Fred Raymes, brother and subject of the film.

Cobb Downtown Sunday, Dec. 6; 5:30 p.m.
